What is the shipping cost? 

All shipments are made with Turkey DOMESTIC general cargo. The shipping cost is 10 TL. Free shipping for 150 TL or more. 

When and how will my order be delivered? 

Some of our products in our website are ready-made products and are shipped within 2 business days of your order. Many other products are handcrafted. These products are produced on your order. Average production time is 15 days. Following your order, you can get in touch with our Customer Relations and find out the exact delivery time for the products / products you have ordered. The delivery time of the products / products is 2 - 3 working days according to the delivery address.

How can I track my order? 

You can follow every step of your order from the “Orders / Tracking ab link in the My Account section that opens after you sign up for our website.

  • New Order: Indicates that your order has been received.
  • Producing: It means that your product is being produced on your order. (Ready-made products are skipped step by step.)
  • Packaging: A product in production indicates that its production is over and packaged for shipment.
  • Shipping: Indicates that the product has been completed and delivered to cargo.
  • Delivered: Indicates that the product has been delivered to you.
  • Canceled: Refers to a confirmation that your order has been canceled or that the product you requested has been received and has received a return confirmation. On the following days, a refund is made to your credit card. (*** Order cancellation and return conditions are explained in detail in “Warranty and Return Policy İ section.)

What if I can't find it at the delivery address? 

The "Undeliverable" note is left by the Cargo company when you cannot be found at the address. Your next business day is brought to your address once again. You can call up the cargo company and share the time information when they come again, so you can get your package at the right time. 

All orders are shipped with invoice and invoice as required by law. 

What should I pay attention to when I receive the product? 

When you receive your order in the cargo package torn, crush, duck, etc. must check if there is a problem. We also recommend that you ensure that the products included in your package are the same as the products that are reflected in the invoice.

The shipping agent will assist you if there is any problem with the cargo package or its contents. In such a case, you should not take delivery of the cargo and keep a record of the cargo officer. The record will facilitate your transactions in product exchange or refund.

Important information about delivery

  • When picking up your cargo, we encourage you to check the package with the cargo representative at your side. In case of missing / damaged items; Ask the cargo authority to keep a record and do not take delivery of the products. Keeping a record indicates that the problem in the cargo is not caused by you but by the cargo company. As a result of the record, the new product will be shipped immediately.
  • Missing / damage notices after receipt of the cargo may be rejected on the basis of the inspection as it is not a minute or it is not prepared at the time of delivery.
  • Product; invoice, original box, original packaging, documents sent together and all accessories must be sent. The return of unused and non-resealable products is accepted.
  • Please do not attach the cargo label on the original box or use the duct tape. Otherwise, the return process will not be performed.
  • Damaged products cannot be returned by user error (fall, crash, tear, etc.).
  • For return transactions, all copies of the invoice (2 copies) must be shipped with the product.

How can I cancel my product order?

  • You can cancel your order for ready-made products in our Online Store until the product is shipped.
  • You can cancel your orders for our custom handcrafted production products only if the product has not been started.
  • You can cancel the product order in 2 ways.
    • When you sign in to our website, click on the Orders / Tracking ım link under the My Account “menu that opens and displays your current and old orders. You can cancel your order by clicking the Cancel “link under the Status column. This link will be automatically clicked if the product has been shipped or if the production of the product has begun, and product cancellation will not be possible.
